What we know from the Carnegie Studies is that 85% of our success is down to our mental attitude and only 15% are from our knowledge and skills. Our Emotional Intelligence affects our mental attitude.  Just look at what has happened at Manchester United since Ole Gunnar Solskjaer became the Caretaker Manager.
