5 ways to practice self-compassion

Self-compassion is the key to resilience because it prioritises your relationship with yourself.  A vital part of self-compassion is recognising critical self-talk.  Taking care of yourself isn’t selfish. Loving yourself isn’t selfish. By truly giving yourself the care and attention that you need, you’ll nurture all forms of growth.  Give yourself permission to be kind to yourself.  Do these activities to practice self-compassion:  1. Write yourself a nice note. The note doesn’t have to be long but it can be if you want.
